Members can enjoy 24/7 access, including public holidays. Casual visitors can access the club during staffed hours only. Staffed hours are:

Mon-Fri: 9am – 1pm, 4pm – 7pm
Sat: 9am – 12pm

These hours do not include public holidays. All members have access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Personal Trainers are also available outside of these hours.

Click here to sign up online, or simply pop into our club any time during staffed hours and complete the membership paperwork. No appointment is necessary and signup takes around 10 minutes. Or, feel free to send us an online signup enquiry, and one of our staff members will get back to you to organise a time to come in.

Yes, you certainly can. All you have to do is to go in during staffed hours to have your card activated at the clubs you want to use. No additional cost applies.

If it is your first visit, you will only need to read and sign a gym disclaimer form. For any subsequent visits, you will just be required to sign the log in sheet, and pay the casual fee.

There are no lock-in contracts and no specified membership period. Our fortnightly direct debit memberships can be put on hold, or cancelled at any time.

Members can pay by direct debit from a bank or credit card for a fortnightly Direct Debit Membership, or choose to pay up front for a whole year.

You will be issued with a swipe card to give you 24/7 access to the club, including public holidays. For security reasons, you must swipe your own card each time you enter the gym. Entering the gym with the swipe card of another member is not permitted.

You must swipe your card every time you enter the gym (both during staffed and non-staffed hours). Please advise us immediately if you have lost your swipe card so that we can ensure that no one enters the gym illegally. Replacement swipe cards are available from reception during staffed hours for a cost of $19.00.

For security reasons, we must keep a record of who is at the gym at all times. Therefore, entering the gym with another member’s card is strictly prohibited, and is in breach of the membership agreement. Both parties involved will be issued a fine, and will have their membership suspended or cancelled.

A free orientation session is available to all new members, and this can be booked at reception with one of our experienced trainers. Our desk staff are all qualified with a minimum of Cert 3 training, and will show you how to correctly use any equipment if needed.

If you are a Fortnightly Direct Debit member, you would have provided us with your account details for billing (which are processed through DebitSuccess). Payments are processed Monday-Friday by DebitSuccess before 9am Perth time. If your billing day falls on a weekend, your payment will be brought forward to Friday morning. To avoid incurring dishonour fees from DebitSuccess (and/or your bank), please ensure that adequate funds are available in your account before 9am on your Direct Debit Day, to allow payment to be taken. If you change account details or lose your credit card and cancel with bank, please see us at reception dring staffed hours, or contact DebitSuccess directly on 1800 148 848.

Fortnightly Direct Debit Memberships can be placed on hold for up to three months, in any given 12 month period. 

In order to do so please contact Debitsuccess on 1800 148 848.

Fortnightly Direct Debit memberships can be cancelled at any time. All cancellations must be done by contacting Debitsuccess on 1800 148 848.

Your swipe card must also be returned at this time. Please note that we do not charge a cancellation fee, however memberships must be up to date and arrears paid for, before they can be cancelled.
